About the Role
Le chef de projet scientifique et technique est responsable du pilotage global du programme
expérimental. Il ou elle assure la cohérence entre les objectifs scientifiques, les choix techniques, le
planning et les ressources, dans un contexte de startup deeptech à forte incertitude. Main mission
The Scientific and Technical Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and steering
of the experimental program. He or she ensures consistency between scientific objectives, technical
choices, scheduling, and resources, in a fast-moving deeptech startup environment.
Requirements
La rémunération dépendra fortement du niveau d’expérience et du rôle réel joué dans le projet.
• Profil junior / early senior (première expérience significative en gestion de projet deeptech) :
60 000 € – 70 000 € brut annuel
• Profil senior confirmé (pilotage de projets scientifiques complexes, forte autonomie) :
75 000 € – 90 000 € brut annuel
La rémunération pourra évoluer avec la montée en puissance du projet et l’élargissement des
responsabilités
Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience level and actual responsibilities within the project.
• Junior / early senior profile (first significant experience in deeptech project management):
€60,000 – €70,000 gross per year
• Confirmed senior profile (strong autonomy, experience leading complex scientific projects):
€75,000 – €90,000 gross per year
Compensation may evolve as the project scales up and responsibilities expand

plasmas de fusion dans des dispositifs à miroirs magnétiques, au travers de prototypes
expérimentaux successifs (Piccolo, Fillette, Standard…). Le projet est porté par une équipe resserrée
de profils scientifiques et expérimentaux de haut niveau. Dicio Conflatio is an early-stage deeptech startup developing a progressive experimental pathway
toward fusion plasma ignition in magnetic mirror devices, through a sequence of experimental
prototypes (Piccolo, Fillette, Standard…). The team is currently composed of highly skilled
experimental and theoretical profiles.
